Summary[]
Sanae and Kouichi talk
Kouichi Sakakibara, still thinking about Yukari Sakuragi's death, goes to the hospital for a check-up. There, he meets Sanae Mizuno who asks him how he's feeling and he says that his lungs are fine. They meet up and discuss his class' curse. Sanae tells Kouichi to be careful and they go their separate ways. On his way home, he meets a classmate and they talk about how she's a good actor since she's in the theatre club. Suddenly, the wind blows and pushes a glass that was in a truck towards them. Kouichi pushes them both out of the way and the girl starts crying, yelling that she doesn't want to die.
Kouichi tries to ask Reiko some questions
Later, he stops by the doll shop and meets Mei Misaki, who tells him to be careful before she disappears. At home, he asks his aunt Reiko Mikami about the class and she reveals that she was in Class 3 15 years ago but refused to tell him anything else because of her headache. At school, everyone is worried about their own safety and wondered why the principal let a new student into their class.
Sanae crashes head-first
Kouichi and the others hear the loud crashes through the cell phone
On the courtyard, Izumi akazawa and Naoya Teshigawara argue because he told Kouichi to not "mess with things that don't exist" while Kouichi talks to Sanae. She asks him if Mei really existed since her brother was serious when he said she didn't, but Kouichi tells her that she does exist. At this moment, Sanae enters the elevator, but the cords snap, and she falls head-first with her face slamming into the floor before the elevator collapses and crushes her. Meanwhile, everyone else hears the crash from Kouichi's phone, leaving Kouichi utterly shocked.

- Yukari Sakuragi disappears in the opening from this episode, because she died in the previous one, and is replaced by Junta Nakao.
