Yukito Tsujii (辻井 雪人, Tsujii Yukito) is a student in 9th Grade Class 3 in 1998, at Yomiyama North Middle School.
Appearance[]
Yukito is a handsome, fair-skinned young man of average height. He has dark green eyes, greenish-brown hair, which is divided into two large locks that fall naturally, and round brown-rimmed glasses.
He is only ever seen wearing the standard male uniform.
Personality[]
Yukito seems to be a studious and serious person. Like Sayuri Kakinuma, he is often seen reading, but because Yukito always covers his book, it is unclear what he reads, though in "Rough Sketch", he recommended The Tragedy of X to Sayuri. After hearing Takako Sugiura's broadcast, he was among the students who attacked Mei Misaki at the inn. He hit Ms. Mikami with a mop and was immediately horrified, suggesting his actions were motivated by fear and that he was not violent by nature.
Plot[]
Yukito was present on Kōichi Sakakibara's first day of class but was not among the students who welcomed him to school. Instead, he was seen talking to Sayuri about The Tragedy of X, though their conversation has no audible dialogue.
Yukito was among the students who attended the class trip. In "Makeup", after hearing Takako's broadcast, he thought Mei was the "extra one" and came out of his room with a mop to kill her. When Ms. Mikami defended Mei, he accidentally hit her in the head, knocking her out. Angered, Kōichi punches the shocked Yukito before escaping with Mei.
In "Stand By Oneself", Yukito was trying to escape the burning inn with Kenzō Kawahori, San Watanabe, and Sayuri when a chandelier broke free and fell on the group, pinning Yukito, San, and Sayuri; Kenzō managed to free himself and attempted to escape, but was crushed by a pillar. Off-screen, Tatsuji Chibiki freed Yukito and the girls and brought them to his car, where he stayed with San, Matsuko Arita, Sayuri, Naoya Teshigawara, and Yūya Mochizuki. He was later seen at the hospital with the other survivors.
